NetSol Technologies, Inc. Common Stock Trades on the Nasdaq Stock Market Under a Temporary Symbol `NTWKC'

CALABASAS, Calif., July 21, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWKC), a developer of proprietary software applications, noted some confusion in the marketplace pertaining to the recent appendage by Nasdaq of a "C" to the trading symbol of the company's common stock. Additionally shareholders and members of the financial community have had difficulty locating the company's news releases within various financial portals.

All companies operating under exceptions are identified by the appendage of a fifth character "C" to the company's trading symbol. Effective with the opening of the Nasdaq Stock Market on July 17, 2003, the trading symbol for NetSol's common stock was changed from NTWK to NTWKC. The "C" will be removed from the symbol when the Panel has confirmed compliance with the terms of the exception and all other criteria necessary for continued listing.

Members of the investment community are encouraged to contact Investor Relation Resources, Suzanne@investorRR.com or 949.566.9860, to receive NTWKC news releases via e-mail.
