Telelogic Signs Euro2.4 Million Deal with Leading European Aerospace Company

MALMO, Sweden, July 25,2003 (PRIMEZONE)-- Telelogic (OtherOTC:TGIAF)(Stockholm:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a three year deal worth Euro2.4 Million with a leading European aerospace company. Under the agreement, the customer will deploy Telelogic DOORS, the industry's leading requirements management tool, when designing the customer's latest aircraft model. A majority of the deal value is licenses and maintenance. The agreement also includes professional services.

"We are pleased that another leading company in its field has seen the value and benefits that DOORS can deliver as part of a requirements- driven development process," said Anders Lidbeck, president and CEO of Telelogic. "Many of our customers are gradually investing in more than one of Telelogic's products and this is a typical example of a long-term relationship where the customer decides to expand its usage."

The decision to deploy Telelogic DOORS was made after a proof of concept during a two month pilot project on a European level. The long-term objective is to standardize on DOORS in the entire organization and replace a competitive tool used by the customer today. The customer is already using Telelogic TAU for its software development.
