Romantic Christian Love Notes -- Authors Collect a Series of Faith-Driven Love Letters

CHICAGO, July 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nothing may inspire men more than love. Wars have been fought and ceased by it. Great sonnets and epic novels have revolved around it. Love, perhaps the most powerful of all emotions, is the focus of the new book, Lanier's Christian Romantic Love Notes (now available through 1stBooks), by Jonathan G. Lanier and Florita L. Lanier.

"Lanier's Christian Romantic Love Notes is 166 pages of pure, non-stop, romantic, heart-moving romance without any wasted words, wasted time or final unhappy endings," Jonathan G. Lanier says.

Within the pages, Romantic Love Notes is a celebration of the emotion. Throughout the letters, written during the two authors' courtship, expressions of romantic love intermingle with the love of God. It is poignant and has a Christian twist and a happy ending. Lanier is the sensitive romantic Romeo and his wife, Florita, is his Juliet. The notes in their book are his calls to the balcony for her.

"Each thought of love is like the echoing of a person's heart and each written or spoken word to convey these echoing thoughts of love seek the heart and home of its soul mate. When a person finds their soul mate, they usually marry and become one with each other," Lanier says.

Each entry in Lanier's Christian Romantic Love Notes is an outpouring of his soul. Musing on both God and the emotional feelings tumbling inside themselves, the authors invite readers into their world, one characterized by romance, love and spirituality. While they explore feelings that begin to grow deeper and deeper, the authors still hold a kindred love with the divine, which makes this book as much a celebration of love as faith.

Lanier's Christian Romantic Love Notes is a glimpse into the heart of romance, a glance in the direction of faith and a gaze into the eyes of blooming love.

Jonathan Lanier was born in Chicago and received a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing and behavioral studies from Chicago State University. He teaches in the Chicago area. His wife, Florita Lanier, was born in the Philippines and has a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She teaches for the Labo West District.
