STOCKHOLM, Sweden, August 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrivarden (Other OTC:IDVRF) has submitted a request to Skanska (Other OTC:SKSBF) to reclassify 5,000,000 Skanska A shares to the comparable number of B shares. As a result of the reclassification, Industrivarden's share of voting rights declines from 31.6% to 27.2%.
After reclassification, the number of A shares in Skanska will amount to 30,674,509, while the number of B shares in the company will total 387,878,563.
