Communications Research, Inc. Announces Agreement with TBS-Network Intelligence in Prospective Multi-Million Dollar Deal


MAHWAH, N.J., August 18, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Communications Research, INC. (Pink Sheets:CRHI) has announced they have come to terms on a strategic alliance with TBS Network Intelligence, Inc., Rochelle Park, New Jersey, to continue and further expand their working relationship in responding to business opportunities for systems, services or technology products. The companies have identified select business opportunities and, by pooling their resources, are working on closing a number of multimillion dollar orders for digital video communications, visual surveillance and security related system projects.

Communications Research in the partnership will provide design, project management, and video, audio and visual surveillance components, while TBS-Network Intelligence will be providing consulting, technical support and Digital IP Video and Data Network, video SAN server and computer based monitoring equipment on the projects.
