Wihlborgs launches share buy-back


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 18, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) has started the share buy-back program approved by the annual general meeting on 2 April 2003. Acquisitions of Wihlborgs' own shares may take place of not more than the number of shares, which at any time are equivalent to 10 per cent of all the company's issued shares. Wihlborgs' acqusitions of its own shares is designed to improve the capital structure and thereby increase the company's return on shareholders' equity and its earnings per share.

The total holding before the start of the programme is 720,400 shares, equivalent to 1.2 per cent of the number of outstanding shares.
