PracticeXpert Corrects Quarterly Results -- Revenue Increase Actually 211%


LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- PracticeXpert, Inc. (OTCBB:PXPT) today announced that the press release issued on August 19, 2003, reporting the Company's results for the quarter and six-month periods ended June 30, 2003 contained a factual error.

The release stated that "net revenues were $1,527,645, an increase of 68% or $1,036,124, for the six month period ended June 30, 2003, as compared to revenues of $491,521 for the six months ended June 30, 2002."

Revenues actually increased 211% between the six-month period ended June 30, 2003 and June 30, 2002.
