Two Church's Executives Named to Diversity Boards


ATLANTA, Aug. 27, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Church's Chicken(tm), a division of AFC Enterprises, Inc. (TICKER: AFCE), announced today that two of its top executives have been named to serve on boards of leading diversity and multicultural organizations.

Hannibal Myers, chief global development officer, has accepted an appointment to the board of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC). Myers oversees the growth and development of Church's Chicken(tm) brand worldwide.

Carolyn McCrorey, vice president of people services, has accepted appointment as a member of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) Board. McCrorey is an active member of South Carolina chapter of NAACP and the Women's Foodservice Forum.
