(NYSE:EMC) is the first OEM partner to qualify the newest members of Emulex's LightPulse family of HBAs, the LP10000 and dual channel LP10000DC, as E-Lab Tested(tm). EMC's qualification with Symmetrix(r) and CLARiiON(r) networked storage systems running Linux, Windows and Solaris marks the general availability of the LP10000 HBA product family into the marketplace. Emulex's recently released Open Source Linux driver is also qualified by EMC with the Emulex LP9802, LP9802DC, LP9002 and LP9002DC, for use with Symmetrix and CLARiiON networked storage systems.
