MB Tech's Market Ready Portable Flat Antenna System set to Revolutionize Industry through Price Performance and Form Factor; Auto Positioning Portable DBS Antenna Relies on Patented Technology

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that it will begin to market a completely portable, auto-positioning satellite antenna system designed to impact the mass consumer market.

The MB Tech system will consist of a standalone antenna solution for existing subscribers of Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) services, and as a bundled solution where MB Tech will supply the antenna and the receiver.

MB Tech expects to choose select resellers throughout North America to represent the product. Initial retail cost projections for the antenna are under $200, with a complete system, antenna and receiver, below $300.

Hanwook Bae, President of MB Tech stated, "Our new proprietary flat antenna system is designed to cater to the needs of the satellite entertainment user, regardless of where they may be. The small form factor antenna provides mobility, ease of use, and exposure to multiple vertical markets including apartments, condos, boats, RV's, SUV's and Limousines."

Current products marketed by competitors such as KVH Industries (NASDAQ:KVHI) are larger, much more expensive, high-end products that are not portable and out of reach in terms of price to the mass market.

Bae added, "This solution, in the context of the market, is something previously unavailable to consumers at any price. Our ability to manufacture and deliver these products, which are priced significantly below our competition, should revolutionize the industry in North America."

Based on currently engineered technology, the Company will complete development of deliverable in-motion models for buses, trains, boats, motor homes and automobiles within the year.

MB Tech previously announced completion of the development of the antenna and licensing of the patent to protect its portable antenna system. The licensed patent #6,512,490, applies specifically to a portable satellite antenna mechanism capable of implementing an accurate horizontal and vertical directional position to attain a satellite signal automatically.
