Sabah Allawi Joins Board of Directors -- Red Alert Force Formed


ATLANTA, BAGHDAD, Iraq, and THE HAGUE, Netherlands, Sept. 29, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Red Alert Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RDAG) announced that Sabah Hashem Allawi, a longtime Iraqi opposition leader and former U.N. Programme Officer, has joined the Board of Directors.

Mr. Allawi and his family, targets and victims of Saddam Hussein's terror, are active in the rebuilding of Iraq. His brother-in-law is the Minister of the Interior and his brother, Dr. Iyad Allawi, is a key member of the Governing Council. The men are leaders in the Iraqi National Accord -- a major political party. When accepting his election to the Board by the shareholders, Mr. Allawi commented, "I am proud to be part of a company focused on the fight against terrorism."

On September 22, during a nationwide radio interview in Holland, Roel Verseveldt, Director and Executive Vice President for Red Alert Group, and President of the Hague-based subsidiary, Red Alert Group International B.V., announced the formation of the "Red Alert Force." The contingent, headed by an American, Col. Louis S. Culpepper, offers its services for peacekeeping, resource and infrastructure protection, and humanitarian mission security.

"Red Alert Force has been in development for the past two months and has approximately 7,000 men available for assignments," stated Mr. Verseveldt. Earlier, on September 20th, Red Alert Group was featured in an article in De Telegraaf. "We can at once fly in some people to do the most urgent jobs ... But we are not legionnaires," Verseveldt underlines.
