Telelogic Signs 640,000 EUR Contract with European Supplier of Wireless Equipment

Agreement Includes Licenses for Telelogic DOORS(r), Telelogic TAU(r) Generation2(tm) and Telelogic SYNERGY(tm)

MALMO, Sweden, Sept. 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Other OTC:TGIAF) (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that a major European supplier of equipment for wireless network services has signed a four-year agreement worth over (Eur)640K for license and maintenance.

The agreement will provide the customer with flexible access to Telelogic DOORS for requirements management, Telelogic SYNERGY for change and configuration management and Telelogic TAU Generation2 for visual development. Through the agreement, the customer will be able to add or remove licenses for each of these products easily. Doing so will enable the company to avoid having redundant licenses as well as to react immediately to any changes to its development processes. As a result, the company will be able to support a more flexible, dynamic development environment.

"This is yet another strong sign of more customers buying in to Telelogic's overall product vision. The customer has used Telelogic SYNERGY before and with this agreement we offer them access to the complete Telelogic solution through a flexible arrangement," said Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic.

"It is clear that the continued focus and strategy to integrate our best- of-breed development tools in order to automate the entire lifecycle of systems and software development is currently gaining momentum in the market space. We anticipate more agreements of this kind as we continue to further improve and deliver a strong integrated development solution," Lidbeck concluded.
