STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Oct. 03, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE:INTB) (Other OTC:IAINF) has signed an agreement with rnb Retail and Brands AB, one of Sweden's largest fashion companiesWith the Polarn O. Pyret, Saks, Solo, Blombergs, Champagne and NK's brand name stores, Retail and Brands will implement Intentia's Movex collaborative enterprise application in 120 stores. Among other things, Movex will manage transactions in the areas of purchase orders, customer orders, cash sales, inventory accounting and financials, and will also use common customer, supplier and item master data.

Retail and Brands' current system lacks support for the company's future expansion, and is unnecessarily expensive and inflexible.
