XsunX to Trade Under New Name and New Symbol


SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX (OTCBB:SUNR) will officially trade under its new corporate name, XsunX, Inc., and new trading symbol, XSNX, effective Tuesday, October 7, 2003. The company's reverse stock split of one new share for twenty old shares (1:20) will also be effective on the same day.
