Eyemakers announces that is has agreed on final terms for certain of its proposed acquisitions. As previously announced, these state-of-the-art clinical facilities providing eye surgery, dental surgery and kidney dialysis will be the core for a broad-based approach by the Company to enter areas of high organic growth and critical care in the medical field. These entities, with a value of between $7.0 million and $9.0 million in revenues, will be the base for an aggressive acquisition strategy that will be financed using the Company's current funding resources.
As previously announced, Eyemakers plans to change its name to more accurately reflect the future direction of the Company's activities. The opportunity for specialized care in dedicated facilities is one the Company feels will provide an unexploited niche in the health care field.
