MEDIA ADVISORY -- Bitfone CEO Gene Wang to Speak On Device Management Panel at CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment in Las Vegas

 WHAT:            Gene Wang, CEO of Bitfone will participate in the
                  Device Management panel at CTIA Wireless IT &
                  Entertainment in Las Vegas. Bitfone Corporation is a
                  leader in over-the-air update technology for mobile
                  phones.

                  Wang joins Tim Roper, senior director, business
                  development of Palm Inc.; David Steinberg, founder
                  and CEO of InPhonic, Inc.; Delly Tamer, president &
                  CEO of LetsTalk and Bill deKay, CEO of Telespree
                  Communications to discuss during the session how to
                  control the use, upgrade, distribution and
                  management of wireless devices within a workforce.
                  Topics include lease vs. buy, device selection,
                  application management and preferences, security,
                  and others.  Company representatives will also
                  answer questions posed by attendees.

 WHO:             Wang has more than 21 years of experience in leading
                  high-technology companies and has participated as
                  the CEO in three startups. Prior to Bitfone, Wang
                  was CEO and chairman of Photo Access, where he
                  successfully sold its hardware business unit to
                  Agilent Technologies in August 2000. Wang was also
                  the CEO of Computer Motion, which he led through a
                  successful IPO in August 1997. Previously, Wang was
                  executive vice president at Symantec where he
                  managed four divisions and helped that company grow
                  from $172 million to $412 million in annual sales.
                  Prior to this, Wang was vice president and general
                  manager at Borland, where he helped popularize the
                  C++ programming language, selling over one million
                  copies. Early in his career, Wang was vice president
                  of marketing at Gold Hill Computers. Wang received a
                  BS degree in Computer Science from the University of
                  California at Berkeley.
