Northrop Grumman to Webcast Third Quarter 2003 Conference Call


LOS ANGELES, Oct. 22, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will announce its third quarter earnings Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2003.

The company's conference call with securities analysts will be held at 2 p.m. EST later that day. Northrop Grumman executives participating on the call will be Ronald D. Sugar, chairman, chief executive officer and president; Richard B. Waugh, Jr., corporate vice president and chief financial officer; and Gaston Kent, vice president, investor relations.

The conference call will be webcast live on the investor relations page of Northrop Grumman's Web site at www.northropgrumman.com. Replays of the call will be available on the Web site for a limited period of time.

A news release announcing third quarter 2003 financial results will be posted on the home page of the Web site.
