Identa Corp. Today Summarized the Results of the Company's Ongoing Marketing Efforts Worldwide

JERUSALEM, Nov. 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Identa Corp. (Pinks Sheets:IDTA) today summarized the results of the company's ongoing marketing efforts worldwide.

Among the countries where CEO Yaacov Shoham has met with local law enforcement are South Africa, Romania, Russia, and Australia.

"In every meeting we have held, it is clear that Identa Corporation products are being embraced globally," stated Shoham.

In South Africa, kits have been provided for evaluation by the South Africa Forensic Laboratory. Based on the resultant report, the Customs and Border police will make a determination of the kits' efficacy and consider purchase of the products.

The Australian Customs Service continues to use the Identa kits. Six training seminars were held in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney for 120 Customs field agents. Preliminary estimates put the market in the range of 20,000 to 30,000 kits per year.

An additional market segment is being pursued cooperatively with the BOILAB division of Analytical Technologies. BIOLAB supplies equipment to official offices throughout Australia and New Zealand, including the Australia Police Service and the New Zealand Police.

The assessment of Romanian experts testing the kits reflected favorably on the kits' implementation and potential use by Romanian police officers.

Russian law enforcement is expected to place an initial order this month.

In the United States, an order was received by AbDiagnostics, Inc. Additional samples are being distributed within police departments located in Florida and California.

"We are pleased with the attention and recognition Identa Corp products are receiving," concluded Shoham. "Identa is proud of our products ability to assist in stemming the growing global drug problem."

The company will be a tradeshow exhibitor at both Milipol-France from November 18 through 21, and Homeland Security in Santiago Chile from November 19 through 23.
