Hy-Tech Technology Group Builds Momentum, Forms Solutions Group and Makes Key Hires


FORT MYERS, Fla., Nov. 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hy-Tech Technology Group, Inc. (OTCBB:HYTT) today announced it has formed a division that will focus on delivering products and solutions aimed at small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs). To underscore the effort, the company also announced the formation of a team to focus on building out this group. The announcement is another of a series of aggressive steps made by the company in the past 60 days towards transforming itself from a system builder and distributor to becoming a solutions provider.

"Forming this solutions group capitalizes on Hy-Tech's knowledge of SMBs," said Martin Nielson, CEO of Hy-Tech. "We've hired Market Traction, LLC to assess the company's technical capabilities and services and to develop the sales and marketing strategies required to launch the new entity. Together, they'll identify and package the products and services to be offered by the newly-formed solutions division."

Market Traction is a San-Francisco-based high-tech sales and marketing consultancy. The firm works with executives of emerging growth companies to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. While initially focusing on the launch of the solutions group, partners George Arabian and Myrna Nickelsen, each a former executive in sales and/or marketing, will also be working with the Hy-Tech management team in identifying and executing on the company's long-term growth strategies.
