U.S. Crude Sells Second Steam Generator to California Oil Producer

COLTON, Calif., Nov. 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- United States Crude International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:USCI) today announced it has sold a 5 million BTU Portable Steam Generator to Pacific Energy Resources, a Texas based Oil Company operating in California. The Company sold a unit that it has previously used on its properties in Oklahoma. This unit arrived on the property on October 23, 2003 and will begin producing steam for injection into their oil wells, as soon as possible.

USCI President, Anthony K. Miller commented: "This client has been very happy with our larger unit that has been working in their oil field for the past few months. We sold them this device because it was the fastest and the most cost effective way that they could get more steam for their wells. More steam represents more oil production, which represents more money for the operator. This 5 million BTU unit is the perfect device for California's oil fields because it is exempt from most permitting requirements, which could take months for the operator to obtain. The success of this operation has provided the Company's technology with tremendous wide spread interest. We believe that this interest will ultimately result in additional sales. Our equipment sells form $175,000 to $295,000 more or less depending upon the configuration of the devices."

The Company

United States Crude International is an oil technology and production company with oil wells. In addition, USCI will market its technologies to rekindle marginally producing wells to profitable levels. USCI holds the license and the rights to market the TM-96 Steam Generators, the TM-98 Portable Gas System and the TM-9 Deep Steam System. These units, used separately or in conjunction with each other, provide pressure needed to drive oil through a ground formation and improve the free flow of crude oil.

Although major oil companies have used steam and gas technologies for years, the TM technologies provide a portability and low cost of operation not previously available. For more information, visit the company's Web site, www.uscrude.com.
