Gossan Resources Rated 'Speculative Buy' by Investrend Affiliate eResearch Analyst, Target C$1.50

NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The following is an investment opinion issued by Investrend Research Syndicate:

Analyst Ron Wortel of Investrend Research affiliate eResearch, has rated Gossan Resources Limited (TSX Venture Exchange:GSS) (Other OTC:GSSRF) a "Speculative Buy" in an initiating report and set a price target at C$1.50.

In the Report, which is free for a limited period of time on eResearch's website www.eresearch.ca and http://www.investrendresearch.com, the analyst noted that: "Gossan's projects are focused in Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario and include a diverse collection of targets and commodities. These projects include the: Angelina gold project; the Bird River project with PGM, base metal targets and a 5 million tonne chromium resource; the Sharpe Lake gold project; the Inwood 67 million ton magnesium deposit; a 50% stake in the Pipestone Lake 243 million ton titanium, vanadium and iron deposit; the 50 million ton Manigotagan silica deposit; a 49.9% interest in the Separation Rapids tantalum project; and a 30% interest in The Claims Network."

The analyst added that: "These projects and their resources also provide a base value to the Company and limit the down side risk in the stock. The Company's precious metal projects provide the potential for speculative upside associated with exploration results and discovery."
