Raven Moon Begins Film Production on New 'Gina D's Kids Club' Episodes


ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 11, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has begun filming the next two episodes of "Gina D's Kids Club." The company will have 6 video/episodes complete of the "Gina D's Kids Club" program in time for the NATPE convention this January.

According to Executive Producer Joey DiFrancesco, filming of the next two episodes ("Playtime" and "Clouds, Stars, and Sunshine") will be complete next week with editing to follow. Raven Moon will make all six episodes available to those stations immediately for airing, who have signed up to air the series beginning in September, 2004.

"We have made commitments to major networks, major distributors, and key retailers that we would have 15 episodes available to them for the 2004 television season. I'm proud to report that we're on schedule and we have even begun recording music for the next three shows," stated Joey DiFrancesco Executive Producer.

The Club House Videos, Inc. form 10 becomes effective next week. According to Raven Moon's agreement with Club House Videos, Inc., Club House has the right to purchase the video distribution rights to "Gina D's Kids Club" episodes from Raven Moon for $300,000 per episode plus 10% of gross sales.

The "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas Special" is scheduled to air on PAX Sunday, December 21 at 5:30 pm. The Christmas Special will reach over 33,000,000 households across the country and approximately 11.2 million Direct TV subscribers. The "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas Special" will be in over 210 markets nationwide including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francesco, Boston, Dallas, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Detroit. Raven Moon Entertainment is currently running a contest for viewers of the "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas Special" in conjunction with Radio Disney New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Tampa Bay and Orlando. Radio Disney listeners have the opportunity to call and write their local stations and win a cuddle bug and one grand prize winner will win a trip to Orlando, Fl to watch a taping of "Gina D's Kids Club."

Raven Moon is currently offering stations the opportunity to broadcast "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas" television special, which is a half-hour live action and animated program with original music aimed at the pre-school set, starting November 1 through December 25, 2003 and the "Gina D's Kids Club" television series beginning September 2004.
