(Pink Sheets:EYEM) - Eyemakers, Inc. announces that its previously announced purchase of 50% of a kidney dialysis center in Italy has been completed with the purchase of the remaining 50%. The new facility is in the final stages of completion and is expected to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2004. As previously stated, the estimate for first year revenue for this facility is expected to be between E1.5 and E2.0 million based on the number of fixed patient contracts in place. Eyemakers anticipates this clinic to produce above average profit margins for this type of facility. As previously stated, the Company has additional acquisitions in the pipeline which will compliment its strategy going forward.
