Telelogic Signs Three Year Contract worth US$4.2 million

First phase valued at US$560,000 for new licenses; Contract includes license and services for Telelogic's total product offering


MALMO, Sweden, Dec. 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a three year agreement with a Government customer within Telelogic's operations in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) covering licenses for all of Telelogic's development tools and accompanying services. The customer will use Telelogic's tools to develop and maintain advanced logistics systems for air surveillance operations as well as aircraft maintenance.

During the first year, the customer will implement Telelogic DOORS(R), Telelogic TAU(R) and Telelogic SYNERGY(TM) to a value of US$560,000 for new licenses and maintenance. The agreement also includes professional services to deploy the licenses at the customer's development site to a value of up to US$855,000 for the first year.

In total, the agreement is worth US$4.2 millions over a three year period with licenses and maintenance to a value of US$560,000 per year and services to a value of US$855,000 per year. The customer has an option to cancel future deliveries for the second and third year respectively.
