MUNCHEN, Germany, Dec. 18, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Supervisory Board of ce CONSUMER ELECTRONIC AG has appointed American Christopher R. DeNisco (46) effective January 1, 2004, as a new member of the Managing Board. Spokesman of the Managing Board is Friedrich Rettenberger.
DeNisco keeps responsibility for the Computer Product Division (Segment Trading) within the ce CONSUMER ELECTRONIC Group and will take the lead in restructuring the Brokerage-Division together with Michael Negel and Michael Wood to realise synergies in the sales business.
From January 1, 2004, the Managing Board of ce CONSUMER ELECTRONIC AG will therefore comprise the following members:
