Legendary Platinum Songwriter/Producer Gardner Cole to Release Greatest Hits on Viastar Records


PHOENIX, Dec. 19, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viastar Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:VISH) announced today that Gardner Cole, the company's Senior Vice President of Viastar Music Group, has signed an Exclusive Artist Agreement to record and release his greatest hits on Viastar records. The Album entitled, "Gardner Cole, Past to Present", will include top 10 singles such as "Open Your Heart, the number one hit originally recorded by Madonna, "Everything" originally recorded by Jody Watley which charted at No. 3 on Billboard's top ten and "Another Lover", the title song from the hit Tri-Star release "Loverboy".

Mr. Cole, named No. 2 Songwriter for 1988" by Billboard Magazine, has in excess of 150 of his songs recorded worldwide on over 35 million albums by artists such as Tina Turner, Amy Grant, Tom Jones and Madonna. Mr. Cole's songs also appear in many feature films including "French Kiss," "Grand Canyon," "Days of Thunder", "Coming to America", "Gremlins 2" and the Britney Spear's film "Crossroads."

Pre-production for "Gardner Cole, Past to Present", is already underway and tracking is expected to begin January 2004. Viastar anticipates the album will be ready for solicitation to its retail partners by second-quarter 2004.
