Identa Issues Positive Marketing Update

JERUSALEM, Dec. 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Identa (Pink Sheets:IDTA) is pleased to announce a number of positive marketing developments:

A presentation on live substance (actual drugs) to the Hellenic Coast Guard and Police in Greece was well received. Local representation for the law enforcement and civilian sectors is about to be assigned.

The South African Police Service Forensic Laboratory has issued a positive report to be added to similar reports from around the world, including the North Miami Beach Police Department, Israel and the New York City Police Department. Lekoko of Johannesburg, representing Identa in South Africa, is convinced that orders from police, customs and border patrol should arrive at the beginning of next month.

Through Mirus Limited, Identa made a full and successful presentation to local police in Serbia and Slovenia.

The CVS Pharmaceutical retail chain will receive their first shipment of Confirm Drug Detector Test Kits next week.

Identa will be participating in the Annual Police Summit 2004 (ASPO 4) of Australia and New Zealand, where CEO Yaacov Shoham is scheduled to be a guest lecturer.

"This event will prove to be a perfect opportunity to penetrate the Australian market," said Shoham.
