Raven Moon's `Gina D's Kids Club' Could be the `Next Sesame Street' as Reported by Larry Oakley, Wallstreetcorner.com

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has been featured on Larry Oakley's Wallstreetcorner.com. In his article, Mr. Oakley called Raven Moon Entertainment a "sleeper" and that it's "Gina D's Kids Club" series "may well be as popular as "Sesame Street."

"I interviewed CEO Joey DiFrancesco again Monday, and visited him, Bernadette, and Gina D face-to-face three weeks ago after I accepted their invitation to be a member of RVNM's Advisory Board. I frankly accepted because of the outstanding progress the company has made in the past several months," commented Larry Oakley, Wallstreetcorner.com. Mr. Oakley pointed to the following recent milestones.

Peter Bennett On Board

Probably the greatest milestone was the addition 12/16/2003 of Peter Bennett to Raven Moon's staff as director of promotion to handle the promotion and personal appearances for "Gina D." Bennett handled the promotion for Elvis Presley, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Who, Bob Hope, John Wayne, Bill Cosby & Muhammad Ali, among others. He was promotions director of Apple Records, as well as personal manager & promoter for the individual careers of John Lennon, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and Paul McCartney. He signed Michael Jackson to CBS Records in 1976.

Billboard & Performance Magazines recently recognized him as "The World's Most Powerful Man in the Entertainment Industry." See www.petebennett.com.

Revenues Beginning

On 1/5/2003, Raven Moon received $110,000 cash deposit against its $1.1 million order from Club House Videos Inc. Included is $700,000 for video and DVD distribution rights for two new "Gina D's Kids Club" episodes, "Playtime"' & "Clouds, Stars, and Sunshine" at $600,000, and Music CD distribution rights to "Gina D's Kids Club" Music CD Volume #3 at $100,000. Club House Videos previously purchased the rights to the Christmas episode and music CD at $400,000.

The NATPE Convention

Next week, Joey DiFrancesco, director of syndication Keith Jablon, and Peter Bennett will be attending the annual NATPE Convention and will meet with major television distributors and industry executives to sign broadcast agreements to air the "Gina D's Kids Club" series through 2006. Raven Moon currently has six half-hour episodes completed, and expects to have a total of nine produced by March 2004.

"Gina D's Kids Club series fills a void left by Shari Lewis and Mr. Rogers. Parents and teachers have been looking for a real role model for their children; Gina fills that role. The series complies with the Children's Television Act that requires stations to air a certain number of hours of educational programming in order to renew their broadcast license. I feel the series may well be as popular as 'Sesame Street'" stated Larry Oakley, Wallstreetcorner.com.
