Renegade's Hamilton Aerospace Subsidiary Announces Two Major Maintenance Checks for Falcon Air Express

TUCSON, Ariz., Jan. 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corporation (OTCBB:RDVN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, has signed two "C" scheduled maintenance checks with Falcon Air Express. The total value of these two maintenance checks will be approximately $1,000,000. Both of these major maintenance checks will arrive in January and will be completed and booked during the 1st quarter.

John Sawyer, Renegade and Hamilton President, stated "We are delighted to start off 2004 with two C checks from Falcon Air Express. We are currently coordinating with Falcon's planning department and hope to be able to announce shortly a projection of all scheduled maintenance checks that Falcon plans to input into Hamilton Aerospace during 2004, which we anticipate will be valued at approximately $6,000,000."

Chief Operating Officer for Falcon Air Express, James Sprinkle, said "Hamilton Aerospace continues to return our aircraft to us on-schedule and on-budget. This has not always been our experience at other repair stations. So why would we even think of going anywhere else when we get such consistent quality and performance from Hamilton Aerospace?"
