QUESTEQ selects Mobile Reach as premier Mobility Partner for the K-12 Marketplace

K-12 school systems to have one of the first Mobile Extension Support Systems

CARY, N.C. , Jan. 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mobile Reach International, Inc. (OTCBB:MBRI), a product and services company focused around mobility, today announced that Questeq, based in Pittsburgh, PA., has successfully added its mobile extensions to the Questeq Support System.

The Questeq Support System provides an ASP delivered IT Service Management application and help desk call center designed specifically for schools and the vendors that support them. Beginning Q2 2004, the Questeq Support System ASP application, along with Mobile Reach's handheld integration technology will provide real-time data access throughout the technology support process.

The Questeq Support System is completely web-enabled but previously lacked benefits provided by mobile technologies. With mobile extensions schools can access the Questeq Support System anytime, anywhere while either online or offline. "That capability is not something that is available anywhere else, Mobile Reach's synchronizing technology is far more advanced that most competing systems available today," said Jonathan Dugan, CTO of Questeq.

"When we embarked upon our search for the mobile extension to our applications, Questeq identified 9 key capabilities to use as selection criteria," said Jonathan Dugan, "We selected the Harmony Suite from Mobile Reach precisely because they were the only vendor to meet all 9 criteria -- I recommend them to anyone considering going mobile." Questeq has published a white paper that details the selection criteria and how the various products stacked up.

"Questeq's value proposition is compelling to schools wishing to provide first class technology support to their customers," said Major Lackey, Vice President of Sales for Mobile Reach.
