Livermore Trading System to be Licensed to First Foundation Financial Services, Inc.


NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stock Market Solutions (OTCBB:SMKT) announces that under an arrangement with First Foundation Financial Services, Inc, a Canadian financial firm, the Livermore Trading System is to be used exclusively in the trading management of a captive investment fund of up to $100,000. The system uses Livermore's special proprietary software to indicate the timing for buy/sell and or long/short trades.

Under the arrangement, First Foundation in consultation with SMKT will make all trades indicated by The Livermore Trading System at a leading brokerage firm and in a specific "Livermore Account" dedicated to only these trades. The system will be used to trade only the following index stocks: QQQ (NASDAQ), SPY'S (Standard and Poor 500) and Diamonds (Dow Jones).

The company's back-trading test programs have produced outstanding profits. The purpose of the dedicated fund will be to test the results, using the Livermore Trading System in a real-time, proof-positive environment.
