About the Author
Stephen Uman's involvement with politics began at an early age. Growing up in a republican town, he was detained and questioned as a young man for supporting a democratic candidate. This event served to enhance his interest and involvement, and so began a lifetime of viewing politics and politicians with caution, vigilance, and cynicsm. Mr. Uman has an inherent knack for visualizing the private agendas, corrupt decisions, and blatant ignorance so prevalent among today's politicians.
Stephen Uman attended M.I.T., Pratt Institute, and the New School for Social Research. In addition to books and scripts, he has written a number of political commentaries such as Magic Bullets and Wilbur's Wonderful Words of Wisdom. Mr. Uman's first book, Snow On The Carpet, published in 1994 and reprinted in 2003, recounts his former undercover activities.
