Raven Moon Entertainment Retains its First Disney/MGM Studio Animator for Raven Animation Inc.

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has retained David Murray, a former Disney/MGM Studios animator for development of its new animated productions "Mr. Bicycle Man", "Bo Bo Blocks" and "The Cuddle Bug Cousins".

In 1996 Mr. Murray came to Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida, where he began his career as a background animation artist for Disney's feature length films. His screen credits include Mulan, Tarzan, John Henry (in which Disney also used his voice talents), Goofy's How to Haunt a House, Lilo and Stitch, and Brother Bear.

In addition to his work with the Walt Disney Company, David Murray is a nationally recognized illustrator. Mr. Murray specialized in fashion, portraiture, and children's book illustrations. His work has been published in Vogue, Town and Country Magazine, New Yorker Magazine, The New York Times, Boston Globe, Boston Herald, to name a few. He is a past award recipient of the prestigious New York Society of Illustrators gallery.

In addition to his painting talent, Mr. Murray has been an avid writer for over 12 years. He has written 4 feature length screenplays, 2 novels, an outline for a 13 episode animated TV series, and 4 story treatments. He's been given the extraordinary opportunity to pitch original story ideas to Disney's top executives, including Roy Disney, and has written story outlines that won the respect of Disney directors and producers. His scripts have been read throughout the movie industry and received high marks from motion picture executives throughout Hollywood. He is presently converting a sci-fi live action into a novel for one of the nation's top literary agents. He states, "after more than 7 years with Disney Feature Animation, I've gained extensive knowledge of story-making. Plot, theme, dialogue, and description, help to form a picture like the colors of a paint palette. However, the artist's paint can only create a picture limited to the canvas, while the literary palette paints a living picture within the mind, which is limitless."

Raven Animation plans to target former Disney/MGM animators who recently lost their jobs on January 12th because of the closing of Disney's animation operations at Disney/MGM studios in Orlando, Florida.

"Because of the new animated television programs that Raven Moon has set for development in 2004 including the award winning "Mr. Bicycle Man", "The BoBo Blocks" and "The Cuddle Bug Cousins" picking up these out of work animators is a good move for Raven Moon, stated Joey DiFrancesco, CEO of Raven Moon. Our company is growing and expanding and these talented animators will not only be an asset to our company but they will bring the "Disney Magic" to Raven Animation".

Raven Animation has the ability to produce animated projects at a fraction of the cost that many of the Hollywood based production companies are paying. The significant savings will result in quality programs for Raven Moon Entertainment as well as a revenue source from other entertainment companies who are looking to produce quality animation without paying the high prices charged by other major animation companies.
