STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Graninge AB (publ) today requested in a letter to Stockholmsborsen AB that the company be delisted from the stock exchange's O list.
Graninge has been on the O list since 1992. The reason for the company's delisting request is that Sydkraft now controls 97.5 per cent of the shares in Graninge.
