   --  Troy Edgar - Founder, President and CEO.  Mr. Edgar brings
       more than 19 years of industry and consulting expertise to the
       company.  Prior to founding Global Conductor, Mr. Edgar held
       several director positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
       where he was responsible for building a $40 million IT
       strategy and packaged software consulting practice, and
       managing and delivering global projects for a variety of U.S.
       and Japanese multinational corporations.  He also spent nearly
       ten years at Boeing, where he served as the Finance and
       Information Technology Leader for the company's $1.2 billion
       Aerospace Support group.  Mr. Edgar holds both a BS and MBA
       from the University of Southern California.

   --  Kevin Keane - Vice President of Business Development.
       Mr. Keane brings more than 12 years of consulting experience
       in financial system implementations, process improvement,
       performance management and I.T. strategy to Global Conductor.
       Prior to joining the company, Mr. Keane served as a principal
       consultant for both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and IBM
       Business Consulting Services.  He has also held positions with
       Xerox Corporation, Ungaretti & Harris and McDermott, Will &
       Emery.  He holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a
       MBA from the University of Southern California.

   --  Gary Fishel - Vice President of Integration Services.
       Mr. Fishel brings more than 18 years of consulting and
       technology expertise to the team.  Before joining the team at
       Global Conductor, Mr. Fishel spent more than six years as a
       principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he
       managed projects for a variety of global corporations
       including Toyota Motor Sales, Avery Dennison and Bank of
       Japan.  Prior to that, he served as Director of Finance,
       Accounting and Brokerage Systems for Coldwell Banker.
       He holds a BS in Management and Finance from Pepperdine
       University.

   --  Krishna Prasad - Vice President of Integration Services.
       Mr. Prasad brings more than 15 years of experience delivering
       mission critical business solutions to clients in the
       financial services, manufacturing and distribution industries.
       Prior to joining Global Conductor, Mr. Prasad served as a
       principal consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he
       spearheaded a variety of projects for leading international
       companies.  He also held a senior consultant position with
       Optimum Technology and was a software engineer for Infosys
       Technologies in Bangalore India.  Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor
       of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science
       in Pilani, India and an MBA from Ohio State University.
