Cyber Digital, Inc. to Enter $300 Billion Voice Services Market Using its VoIP Systems

FCC Creates Next Revolution in Communication by Not Intending to Regulate VoIP Services

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jan. 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyber Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:CYBD), a leading developer of an array of ultra-high performance Internet Protocal (IP) routers, Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) systems, gateways, firewalls and servers for digital broadband and virtual private network (VPN) services, today announced to enter the $300 billion voice services market using its recently created VoIP systems. This move by Cyber Digital is directly in response to the outcome of Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Forum on VoIP held December 1, 2003.

At the Forum, FCC Chairman Michael K. Powell, stated, "As one who believes unflinchingly in maintaining an Internet free from government regulation, I believe that IP-based services such as VoIP should evolve in a regulation-free zone. No regulator, either federal or state, should tread into this area without an absolutely compelling justification for doing so. Innovation and capital investment depend on this premise."

In anticipation of this next revolution in communication, Cyber Digital has created its own VoIP technology whereby it converts traditional voice into packet switched data for low cost transmission using Internet Protocol (IP). Cyber's unique VoIP system allows the existing public switched telephone network (PSTN) to co-exist and inter-operate with the emerging VoIP network.

J.C. Chatpar, CEO of Cyber Digital, stated, "We are pleased to have developed this unique VoIP technology that provides Internet 'dial-tone' to voice subscribers. We are, perhaps, one of a very few telecom companies with this technology that allows us to build this emerging VoIP network while bridging to the traditional PSTN. Currently, PSTN carries $300 billion of voice calls per year. We expect significant growth opportunity in this sector."

"We are bullish on our previously reported demand and opportunity to deliver wireless and wireline PSTN digital voice switches to Nigeria in the aggregate amount of $80 million due to our continuing relationships with our potential Nigerian customers."
