Cyber Digital, Inc. Details its VoIP Service

Cyber Digital Expects to be a Facilities Based Provider of VoIP Telephony Services

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jan. 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyber Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:CYBD), a leading developer of an array of ultra-high performance Internet Protocal (IP) routers, Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) systems, gateways, firewalls and servers for digital broadband and virtual private network (VPN) services, today announced the details of its VoIP (Voice-Over-Internet Protocol) based telephony services.

Cyber Digital expects to build VoIP based facilities nationwide by deploying over 300 of its systems, creating over 300 POPs (Point-of-Presence). The coverage provided by these POPs will permit every subscriber, whether residential or business, to access Cyber Digital's VoIP network. Cyber Digital expects to significantly lower the cost of providing telephone services by simply collapsing the cost of network by virtue of using the Internet. Yet, providing the requisite quality and reliability due to the inherent design aspects of the Cyber's VoIP systems.

Cyber Digital's strategy is to build this network nationwide as rapidly as it can and offer its low cost voice services to numerous non-facilities based resellers, who were victims of the recent past telecom meltdown. Non-facilities based resellers, pursuant to the Telecom Act of 1996, simply bought wholesale minutes from the Baby Bells and resold to their subscribers, albeit at a significant loss. In fact, this was one of the reasons that created the telecom meltdown as Baby Bells made money at the expense of these resellers.

J.C. Chatpar, CEO of Cyber Digital, stated, "Ironically, we developed this unique VoIP technology to carry voice over the Internet between U.S. and Nigeria to drastically lower the rates. With FCC maintaining VoIP free from government regulation, we want to seize this opportunity. We expect significant growth opportunity in this sector."

"We are bullish on our previously reported demand and opportunity to deliver wireless and wireline PSTN digital voice switches to Nigeria in the aggregate amount of $80 million due to our continuing relationships with our potential Nigerian customers."
