Promoting Jesus Through Poetry - New poetry compilation offers description of Christ's love and teachings

IRVINGTON, N.J., Jan. 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- He Has Something to Say (now available through 1stBooks) is a book meant to inspire people to claim their places in God's kingdom and strengthen the faith of those who already walk with Jesus. Written by Ronnie C. Enoch, this poetry compilation touches the hearts of readers and shows them they are not alone.

Enoch writes that every man and woman has the opportunity to join God and see his glory.

"(He Has Something to Say) was written as a mirror to look into and see ourselves as we really are in God's eyes," Enoch writes. "The heart is desperately wicked and only Christ the risen Savior is the answer to man's dilemma."

In "A Body," he describes the connection between the physical body and spiritual growth:

"The eye can't say to the hand I don't need you/The legs can't say to the feet, do you know what to do/The body is a marvelous work of art/To be cared for and strengthened for the most part.../Can you see the unity in all this?/Even the smallest part He did not dismiss/The lesser parts give glory to those that are greater/Just look at the thought that went forth from our Creator..."

Enoch encourages people to realize they are truly loved by Christ and offers a message of hope, "Take your place in his kingdom. We've been warned over and over again and His patience is wearing thin. Seek the Lord while there's still time. He's coming back for His own."

Enoch was raised by his grandparents. He spent much time learning about religion from them, especially his grandfather a Baptist minister in North Carolina.
