Environmental Technologies Appoints MCP Sales & Solutions as Eastern Canadian Marketing Agent

TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Environmental Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:EMTI) is pleased to announce that MCP Sales & Solutions of Roxboro, Quebec, Canada has entered into an agreement to represent the Company in Quebec and Eastern Canada for the marketing, sales and distribution of the soon-to-be-introduced Computer Guard, and for other Environmental Technologies Finder products as they are brought to market in the coming months.

Mr. Myron White, founder and CEO of MCP, will work closely with, and report to, the Company's Canadian Marketing Manager, Mr. Ewart Hutchinson, located in Ontario, Canada.

Myron White brings a wealth of experience at the senior executive level in marketing and sales management, having been responsible for nine sales/distribution territories across Canada, as well as for the design of marketing and training programs, both domestically and in many countries around the globe. A Sales and Motivational specialist, Mr. White is expected to greatly strengthen the Company's Canadian marketing efforts. Both Ewart Hutchinson and Myron White are very enthused about the potential for the Finder technology and the many exciting security applications that the Company intends to introduce in the foreseeable future. They are currently focused on plans for a Canadian market launch of Computer Guard as soon as it becomes available. Laptop computer theft has grown alarmingly in Canada in recent years, as it has throughout much of the world.

Environmental Technologies' products currently being developed for specific market applications include short and long-range detection devices that can be hidden in clothing, or on valuables, and that will emit signals to loved ones or owners of articles. The technology provides a capability that is ideal for families living in fear of their children being kidnapped, or of having elderly family members, suffering from dementia or any other form of memory loss, wander off aimlessly without their loved one's knowledge. Alarmingly, kidnapping in North America has risen to an all-time high of over 800 persons per day! Another promising application, "Find-A-Shipment", will enable real-time tracking and up-to the-minute delivery progress for shippers needing to maximize their just-in-time delivery service. EMTI believes that its product range admirably addresses these growing security needs, and that the marketplace will enthusiastically welcome them as they are introduced.
