What: The sweet smell of chocolate will fill the air as candy
connoisseurs from all over the Philadelphia area
participate in this one-of-a-kind event. From
chocolate cooking demonstrations to make and take
chocolate crafts to chocolate challenges the weekend is
full of sweet treats and fun events. Highlights include:
-- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sculpture contest
-- Chocolate DONUT stacking contest with Donuts provided
by Dunkin' Donuts
-- Extreme Chocolate Challenges (Chocolate Dipped
Broccoli)
-- Cooking demonstration from Philadelphia OIC
Opportunities Industrialization Center at 2pm and 4pm
each day.
-- Free samples of Starbucks products
-- Also free MILK samples from Lehigh Valley Dairy
(goes great with Chocolate!)
Saturday February 7
-- Special DVD release party and screening for The Lion
King 1 1/2 from 4:30-6pm
Background: Chocolate Festival activities are free to the public.
Skating sessions cost $6 per person and are available
during the Chocolate Festival from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and
