Desert Health Products, Inc., Announces Contract With EIC for Sales to American Indian Nations


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Desert Health Products, Inc. (OTCBB:DHPI) headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced today that it has entered into a ten year agreement with EIC, Inc., of Scottsdale, Arizona, to represent all of DHPI's products, including Desert Health's Foot Care System, to Mexico and all Indian Nations within the United States.

Johnny Shannon, Chairman and CEO of Desert Health Products, Inc., says, "We are pleased to be working with EIC, and its' President, R.C. 'Dick' Eisenach, on this project with Native Americans. A very high percentage of tribal members suffer from diabetes and its complications. Desert Health's Foot Care System has been designed specifically to treat the dry skin and other conditions often associated with diabetes."

Mr. Shannon continued, "Initial shipments have commenced to the Osage Nation and Mr. Eisenach is in discussions with other Indian Nations at this time. Eisenach's international and domestic management, sales and marketing experience will be an asset to DHPI's continuing development of domestic and foreign markets."

Mr. Eisenach has been representing Desert Health's product lines since April 2003. He succeeded in selling $35,000 worth of products last year. Mr. Eisenach's initial contract for 2004 with the Osage Nation will exceed $155,000, and he is in negotiations for additional contracts with the Osage Nation and other Indian Nations. He also has a pending agreement with a large marketing firm in Mexico for sales of DHPI's products. These additional agreements, according to Eisenach, will exceed $1,000,000 (one million) in 2004.
