FindProfit.com Issues Corrections About Asconi Corp.

PRINCETON, N.J., Feb. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- FindProfit (www.findprofit.com) today issued corrections about Asconi Corp. (AMEX:ACD):

CORRECTIONS: In a December 2, 2003 article entitled, "FindProfit.Com Provides Investment Outlook on Two Hot Stocks: High-fliers Central European Distributors and Asconi Corp Are Profiled," FindProfit stated that "questions about (Asconi Corp's) operations and accounting practices have been raised." FindProfit has no factual basis for this statement about Asconi Corp. (AMEX:ACD). FindProfit has not obtained any information that such questions have been raised, or that Asconi Corp. has any questionable operational or accounting practices.

The December 2, 2003 article further stated that Asconi Corp. "promot(ed) its stock through a questionable investor relations service," and that Asconi Corp. paid "a young man, already fined by the Securities and Exchange Commission, to promote its stock." FindProfit had no factual basis for, and incorrectly made, this statement, and on December 3, 2003, FindProfit published an article that sought to correct this misrepresentation by stating "In a release originally dated 12/2/03, FindProfit incorrectly stated that Asconi () had hired an investor relations firm to cover its stock. In fact, that firm -- Lebed & Lara, LLC -- had been paid by a 'third-party' and not the company."

It has come to FindProfit's attention that the use of quotations around the term, "third-party" has given some the impression that the "third-party" was not genuinely a third-party. FindProfit did not intend to give this impression, and does not suggest that the "third-party" was not independent from Asconi Corp., its officers and directors. Further, Serguei Melnik, the Chief Operating Officer of Asconi Corp. has advised FindProfit that none of Asconi Corp.'s insiders have contacted Lebed & Lara for purposes of obtaining any investor relations services.

FindProfit regrets these errors, and apologizes to Asconi Corp., its officers, directors and shareholders, for any inconvenience that was caused by our original publications about Asconi Corp.
