(OTCBB:PLUD) (name change pending) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive agreement to provide blended petroleum products for International Pit Crew Express, Inc., headquartered in Waco, Texas.
Gene Gilstrap, President and CEO of International Pit Crew commented, "Our exclusive relationship with ACA will begin with the Company providing blended petroleum products." He added, "Convenience stores and what we refer to as gas stores, stations that provide automotive supplies and service, represent an enormous and growing market."
International Pit Crew will distribute over 80 different automotive products through an exclusive agreement with one of the largest marketing/brokerage organizations to convenience store chains in North America. Furthermore, International Pit Crew will be one of the suppliers of petroleum products, which will be produced solely by American Capital Alliance. The market for automotive products, which include blended petroleum products, sold through the convenience outlets which International Pit Crew will distribute to is currently estimated at approximately 1.2 billion dollars annually.
