EMAX NET, Inc. Acquires Rights to a Substantial Library of Computer Games


ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- EMAX NET, Inc., a Florida corporation (EMAXNET) partly owned by EMAX Corporation (Pink Sheets:EMAX) today announced it has acquired the full rights to approximately one hundred Scott Adams and Starsoft Laboratories computer games and educational programs for a booked value of $800,000. The newly formed eMax Software Group will immediately begin the process of porting and updating these applications for integration in web based, wireless and shrink-wrap offerings to be announced at a later time. EMAXNET is pleased to note that the entire library is based on creative, non-violent and educational values suitable for the entire family.
