Ripley Becomes Home To Collection Division


NORTH HAVEN, Conn., Feb. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- International Wireless, Inc., (Pink Sheets:IWLJ) a diversified publicly traded company, today announced the opening of its collection division in Ripley, TN.

The company has leased a 31,000-square-foot building and is preparing to upgrade the office space and configure it with state-of-the-art equipment. This division will operate as a full-service accounts receivable company serving clients nationwide.

The company specializes in collection services for healthcare, financial services, telecommunications and utilities, returned checks, commercial, and other industries. Primary services will include billing, collection services, credit repair services, and educational opportunities. International Wireless' mission is to provide clients with collection services that help them recover the highest percentage of receivables possible and to become a leader in the collection industry. The new company brings depth and practical experience to the industry.

As an integrated part of billing services, International Wireless will have focus on the healthcare industry as it introduces wireless technologies to medical offices to create a fully connected, digital workflow that will aid medical personnel and enhance office efficiency, productivity, and results in the collections of receivables.

Part of the growth strategy is based on acquisitions. This includes the identification and acquisition of companies whose expertise brings new or complementary opportunities to the company. Through marketing and acquisitions, the company expects rapid growth, which will create several hundred new job opportunities in the Ripley community over the next few years.

The division Vice President Brigette Caldwell said the office will open in the very near future.
