NRG Entertainment Inc. Announces Negotiations with Recording Artist `Solomon'

BELLEVUE, Wash., Feb. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- N.R.G. Entertainment, Inc. (Other OTC:NRET), announced today that it is negotiating with Irish recording artist, Solomon, for their next recording. Solomon's first recording was produced by Steve Brown, a world-class producer known for his production work with, among others, George Michael and the Cult. Solomon is currently enjoying a top ten radio hit in Ireland (number 2 on the Irish radio charts).

N.R.G. Entertainment's new Solomon recording will be co-produced by Henry "Hen Gee" Garcia -- who is currently enjoying success with his million selling production of the new Tupac recording "Tupac: The Resurrection" -- featuring Eminem on the hit single "One Day at a Time". Eminem is a household name in the music industry, also a multi-million selling artist.

Mr. Garcia is presently also launching his new television interview show, "The Movement". As creator, host, and producer, Mr. Garcia will be interviewing professional sports figures, movie stars, and top recording artists. The program reaches 6 million households nationwide.
