Viastar Names William A. Grazier Chief Information Officer

PHOENIX, Feb. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viastar Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:VISH) announced today that the company has appointed William A. Grazier III as its Chief Information Officer. Mr. Grazier will manage a crucial aspect of Viastar's business plan as the Company positions itself to be on the leading edge of the digital music revolution - both as a content provider and distributor. As every major entertainment company struggles to define their utilization of the Internet, the hiring of Mr. Grazier and the expansion of Viastar's internet based initiatives and digital delivery systems, assures that the Company will be a leader in the Internet music delivery/marketing business.

Mr. Grazier brings over 16 years of complex systems engineering and audio/video processing and encoding experience to the Viastar team. For over 10 years, he has served in executive level positions where he guided and assisted engineering and technical teams in countless large-scale systems design and implementation projects. Most recently, Mr. Grazier served as VP of Operations for SunnComm Technologies (Pink Sheets:STEH) where he spearheaded the development and implementation of the company's digital audio security and content enhancement products.

Prior to working for SunnComm, Mr. Grazier served in a number of high-level technology positions. Mr. Grazier served as Director of Technology for Racklogic Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of ultra-high-performance and ultra-high-density server solutions for audio/video streaming, massively parallel super-computing, massively dense hosting, and enterprise data-center environments. In addition, Mr. Grazier served as Chief Information Officer for GFI Group, Inc., a Wall Street Inter-Dealer Brokerage firm with offices spanning four continents and numerous equity, fixed income, derivative and exotic financial markets. At GFI, Mr. Grazier was directly responsible for the design, development and implementation of mission-critical financial transaction software and data communications systems and networks which served as the international trading backbone for the company.

Mr. Grazier received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, College of Engineering and Applied Science, Rochester, New York, in 1988.

"Bill Grazier and all he brings to Viastar are necessities for any media company serious about reaching its core audience and responding to changes in technology and consumer expectations," stated Viastar CEO John D. Aquilino. "Mr. Grazier is yet another example of the quality of personnel that Viastar is attracting to further assure the Company's success."
