Raven Moon Entertainment Signs Television License Agreement for Pay-Per View Programming on Cruise Ships

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE)-- Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has signed a Pay Per View television license agreement with Insystcom, Inc. for paid programming distribution on Cruise Ships worldwide.

Raven Moon's agreement with Insystcom will give Insystcom the right to distribute, and advertise "Gina D's Kids Club" programs for a period of one (1) year commencing February 1, 2004, throughout the world by means of closed-circuit television on the high seas in cruise ships.

"Gina D's Kids Club" will be offered by Insystcom's Video on Demand system on three ships this month. Insystcom expects to have a fourth system installed next month, with ten more systems to be installed on various cruise ship lines later in the year. Insystcom will package the first three "Gina D's Kids Club" episodes and offer it for $7.95 per viewing. Raven Moon will earn 40% every time the program is viewed.

"This is the first time they have a Kids block of programming. We believe this arrangement will be very profitable for Raven Moon and we intend to offer the Pay-Per View rights to other cruise ship lines and hotels," commented Keith Jablon, Director of Syndication for Raven Moon.

The cruise industry is one of the fastest growing segments of the worldwide travel and leisure industry over the last 10 years, and with on-board transactions reaching over $1 billion last year, the cruise industry has been seeking an expansion of available activities to enhance the cruise experience for its guests. This has created a compelling need for an interactive in-cabin entertainment system capable of delivering first-run movies, Internet and email access. Driven by the specific needs of the cruise ship industry, Insystcom developed SeaLynx(TM), a proprietary interactive television (ITV) delivery system. It's designed to provide the customizable, dependable, and economical ITV turnkey solution the industry has been looking for.
