In view of Ericsson's announcement today that the work group it has appointed to investigate the voting rights issue in the company has presented a proposal for the leveling out of the voting rights difference between Ericsson's Class A and B shares from 1/1000 to 1/10, the following notice is issued:
Industrivarden's board has decided to present the work group's proposal, as above, to Industrivarden's Annual General Meeting on March 29, 2004, for a decision.
