The two new services are also distinct in their names. One, the "Paisano" card, is available in denominations ranging from $5 to $20. Calls made anywhere in the United States using this card can be made for a total of 125 minutes of calling time for $5, or $0.04 per minute. These call are made to the largest population centers in Mexico -- Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterey. Using this same card, customers may also make calls using a $5 card, the most popular denomination, to such offshore locations as Guatemala for 50 minutes, or $0.10 per minute, Puerto Rico for 42 minutes, or $0.119 per minute, and Costa Rica for 30 minutes, or $0.166 per minute.
